A brand new, luxury, and tastefully decorated apartment on phase 4 of Roda Golf and Beach Resort, with 3 double bedrooms. Amenities include a communal pool which is surrounded by landscaped gardens, a variety of shops, restaurants and bars all close by and several 'blue flag' beaches within a 5 minute drive of the resort, plus a magnificent newly constructed 18-hole course, designed by Dave Thomas and with Sam Torrance as its Captain. Also, there is a private beach club for residents and guests of Roda Golf and Beach Resort.Located on a corner plot and with marble floors and tiles throughout. Full air-conditioning and central heating.

There is also a highchair for young children.There are 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and bedrooms 2 and 3 are configured as twin rooms. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with marble tiles and a powerful walk in shower. Also there is a cot for a baby or young child. There is also an additional main bathroom with a luxury bathroom suite and marble tiles.Full air conditioning and heating throughout.

The large south facing sun terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sun beds and just a short walk from the shared pool and gardens. In addition there is a children's paddling pool and there is also a children's play park within the resort. All linen and towels provided including beach towels.

The resort is very conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from Murcia (San Javier) Airport, which is served by many budget airlines from the UK. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away. Distances by car:Murcia Airport - 10 mins.Alicante Airport - 45 mins.Mar Menor beaches - 5 mins.Los Alcazares bars/restaurants/banks - 5 mins.Historical port and city of Cartagena - 20 mins.Murcia city - 35 mins.Supermarket - 5 mins.Roda is a gated community with 24-hour security patrols. It has its own private beach club on the La Manga Strip accessed via a spectacular water-taxi ride which is complimentary.

Los Alcazares

The resort is approximately 1.5km from the golden sandy beach of Los Alcazares, which has an attractive promenade close to the town centre with many restaurants and bars. The promenade stretches for 8km's and the beaches are all blue-flag. Alternatively there are beaches at Los Narejos just 1.5 kms from the resort which has gently shelving water and is really safe for kids.The Mar Menor is a salt water lagoon which is very shallow, and approximately 5 degrees warmer than the sea which makes it very child friendly and perfect for water sport activities such as sailing, fishing, and water skiing.
