The lovely, fully equipped, modern apartment and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is furnished to a modern standard and in a perfect location. Local bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and the beach is 10 minutes.

Euro marina is a lovely secure gated complex, beautifully maintained with a lovely communal pool area.

Air con is available in the apartment, this is on a card meter, so you pay for what you use (the first 10 euros are free). Wifi is also available, subject to additional charge, please ask for further details.

Los Alcazares is perfect for outdoor activities, watersports, cycling and waking. There are several golf courses close by and there are many activities for active holiday makers.

Los Alcazares is still a typical Spanish town. People are friendly and welcoming, you will want to come back time and time again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
