Piso Feliz at Roda Golf - Our luxurious 1st floor, 3-bed, 2-bath apartment at Roda Golf Resort is beautifully furnished with lots of little extras to make you feel at home.

The apartment is located on the quieter Phase 3 and overlooks the 1st green and olive groves - and within a few minutes drive of the club house, Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor beaches, which are gently shelving and really safe for kids.
The stylishly furnished apartment has full air conditioning, full central heating and electric security grills.
There's a large, southerly facing terrace where you can relax in the sun or shade. Why not start the day with breakfast on the balcony at out large glass table or dine dine al fresco in the evening. At the end of the day it is the ideal place to put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a glass of wine (or two) and generally relax as the sun goes down.
Not only is it great for golf, it's great for kids and great for just relaxing. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
DO I NEED A CAR?
YES - Car Hire ESSENTIAL as this property is on Phase 3B - and is 2.5 km from the main entrance.
Los Alcazares centre is a 4.5 km walk from the apartment and it will make all the difference if you want to play at other courses or see the beautiful scenery around the Mar Menor.
Please also note that from January 2019 flight operations will be transferred from San Javier to Murcia Internation Airport at Corvera. It is a 40 minute journey to Corvera and 60 minutes to Alicante. It is approximately €100 in a taxi from Alicante and it is estimated that a taxi from Corvera will be €70.

Further Details Indoors:
In the lounge, there is comfy seating for up to 5 with a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player plus a CD/radio. With Satellite TV, so you don't miss your favourite programmes, plus CDs and DVDs to enjoy if you fancy a quiet night in.
The Master bedroom has a Spanish king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, plus there are two extra twin-bedded rooms and separate family shower room. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.
The kitchen has everything you will need if you want to cook including stainless steel pans and lots of home touches.
There is real luxury in this apartment. Granite worktops, marble floors and marble tiled bathrooms make it special.
IT'S OUR HOLIDAY HOME TOO so we've added lots of things that you wouldn't normally expect to find in a holiday let. We have even put in Safety equipment including a Smoke Detector and Carbon Monoxide Detector.

To make life easier for you, there is:
• Secure underground parking plus large storage area for your golf clubs and suitcases
• Lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access from the car park or main entrance
The whole resort is wheelchair friendly with ramps to all entrance doors and lifts - including the club house.
Although the apartment is not adapted for disabled use, there is easy access via the lift from both the underground car park and apartment block entrance to the apartment on the 1st floor. There is a large walk-in shower and smooth, flat floors throughout - providing good access to the balcony as well. Note though that whilst the external door will allow wheelchair or mobility scooter access, the internal doors are only standard width.
Sadly, due to severe abuse in the past, we have reluctantly had to install a meter linked to the air conditioning system only. (All other electricity and utility costs are covered by the rental charges)
We include a complimentary 100 units per week – so approximately 6 hours usage per day.
Extra usage is charged at 25 cents (20p) per unit and is payable on departure.
Free wi-fi also available in the clubhouse and in many bars in Los Alcazares

Apartment was 100%. Lay out & 2 bathrooms perfect with 6 people. Very clean and towels and deck chairs/loungers to take to the pool was good to have. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

“Loved it, great apartment and great location.”
Loved it, no problems at all. Apartment was spotless on arrival. Kitchen well equipped and living areas homely and cosy. Great location, only 15 minutes walk to Los Narejos nightlife. Meet and greet was very friendly and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Chris had originally booked into another apartment (not at Roda) that they preferred not to remain in as it was not up to standard. So he contacted us and asked could they arrive on the same day. It was a rush - but we managed to get the apartment ready for them in double quick time. So glad we came up to par! Please note that the timing of the walk is from main entrance.
“Loved it (again) - we'll definitely be back !”
This was our second visit to Piso Feliz, and once again the whole family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is perfect, well equipped, really clean and with every comfort we needed. The only thing missing is a good bread knife. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. TV & DVD good with kids for afternoon relax. You get a nice breeze when patio door and bedroom windows are open and it is great to sit out on the balcony in an evening. Air-con gets cool when required. The pool was just right depth for age and abilities of my kids, very safe and we spent many hours with them there. There are sun beds provided for round the pool plus bucket and spade and blow up toys for the beach! Overall a very good choice of location and apartment. We had a great holiday!! PS Very friendly service from Bev & Mike, and it was good of you to think of my kids when providing the soft drinks.

“Everything you could need and then some!”
The apartment is beautifully presented, well equipped and extremely clean and spacious. Many thanks for the great hospitality and providing so many extras such as sun loungers and beach towels etc. You have a beautuful apartment and your care and attention was very much appreciated. There is nothing missing from the apartment! Bev and Mike provided lots of information about the local area, restaurants and places to visit. The resort had great swimming pools and quiet secluded gardens. The beaches are just a five minute drive away and are very clean and the water warm and shallow.
