“Very disappointing booking system resulting in the apartment being double booked!!”

We booked and paid in full for the use of the apartment and subsequently booked flights and car hire. 9 or 10 days before we were due to depart, we received a phone call to tell us we could no longer use the apartment as it had been double booked and the other customers were getting the apartment. Clive helped in that he secured us an alternative with Calida International Properties, who went above and beyond the expected customer service levels to look after us before and during our stay at Roda Beach. But, had he not been able to secure an alternative, we would have been very much out of pocket and disappointed at losing our holiday. Needless to say, we will not book with Holiday Lettings again as the booking system isn't updated as regularly as it should be. Perhaps this is an area of your administration system that needs looking at to avoid this happening to other customers.

A fantastic base. Stayed in August with 2 children (12 and 4) for 10 days. Meet and greet service was astounding and would recommend the welcome pack (arrived late on a Sunday so no shops open) pack contained coffee, tea, beer, wine, bread, milk, eggs and a whole lot more for about 10 euros!). The apartment is more than perfect with a great layout, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This seems trivial but the DVD player has a USB slot that can play movies. I recommend loading plenty of films to keep the kids happy while you enjoy the great (enormous) sun terrace in the evening. You can't see the 2 pools from the apartment so need to supervise children which is no problem as plenty of room around them. Beaches (many to choose from) and shops are within easy reach and restaurants are nice and plentiful. The ONLY downside is that you will need to drive for anything that you need as the apartment is too far to walk easily to anywhere (by easily I mean within a 20 minute walk). Don't let this put you off though as for the price you would struggle to find anything close to match. Would definitely recommend this to anyone of any age. Can't comment on the golf course as didn't play but it looked stunning for august when greens can be a little brown and the whole course looked in top condition.
