Description

Facing south, the Placello is spatieuse farmhouse overlooking fruit trees and an authentic bread oven. It is fully equipped for large families (11 people + cot) with a heated pool from June to September and large gardens.

It is equipped with a large kitchen / dining room fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. A washing machine is in the utility room, ideal for storing your equipment running, fishing or beach. A bathroom is located in the extension of the kitchen on the ground floor. A large living room with French ceiling, has an insert in a traditional stone fireplace. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom, ideal for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor you will find 1 double room, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 1 triple bedrooms and a third bathroom.


Orientée au sud, le Placello est une spatieuse longère donnant sur des arbres fruitiers et un authentique four à pain. Elle est parfaitement équipée pour les grandes familles (11 personnes + lit d'enfant) avec une piscine chauffée de juin à septembre et de grands jardins.

Elle est équipée d'une grande cuisine / salle à manger entièrement équipée avec lave vaisselle, cuisinière, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur. Une machine à laver se trouve dans la buanderie, idéale pour stocker vos équipements de marche, de pêche ou de plage. Une salle de bain se trouve dans le prolongement de la cuisine au rez-de-chaussée. Un grand salon, avec plafond à la française, dispose d'un insert dans une cheminée en pierre traditionnelle. Toujours au rez- de-chaussée se trouve une chambre double avec salle de bains adjacente, idéale pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Au premier étage, vous trouverez 1 chambre double, 2 chambres équipées chacune de 2 lits simples, 1 chambres triple et une troisième salle de bains.

How do damage deposits work?
