The property is situated in a picturesque valley leading to a private sandy beach just a few minutes away. Having the advantage of being a top villa, there are superb views across Looe Bay and on a clear day the Edistone Lighthouse can be seen. There is a large patio with table, chairs and parasols.

The Villa has 2 Bedrooms , the main bedroom with a double bed and the other with two singles. A lounge with fitted kitchen at rear, with oven, ceramic hob, micro wave, toaster and fridge, plus all necessary china, cutlery and saucepans. Bathroom with bath and electric shower above, hand washbasin, toilet and shaving point, electric towel rail. The Villa has recently been re- carpeted, with new furniture in the lounge. Please note there are 38 steps (gradual) to this property

Getting around

The shops at The Barbican can be reached by driving to top of lane and turning left and follow road until first bend where you take the road to the lef(signposted Barbican) and drive along until you reach parade of shops on right. Parking in the service road or on main road. Another Supermarket can be found by driving further along and around a bend to left and it is immediately on left. Polperro - drive through Looe and over Bridge and go right at bend and follow signs. Fowey - same way as for Polperro but follow the sign to the right for Plynt and further along is sign to left for Bodinnick Ferry and Fowey. More details are on my information sheet which I will have sent to you.

“Fantastic villa beautiful view”

We stayed for a week with a 10 year old. The villa was fantastic, clean and a modern feel. Superb location over looking a bay, and the added bonus of being within a 20min walk of Looe. Location also allowed us to travel about easily to Newquay in under an hour, and with other fishing villages nearby allowed a lot of exploring. The owners left a really good package with ideas for visits in rainy days and lovely walks along the coast. Would definitely use this villa again, we made fantastic memories with this family holiday

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
