NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. No pets allowed.
Fire pit should be soaked with water after use to prevent fire from spreading. During summer time there's high risk of fire. After use do not dump it on the periphery of the property. Once soaked, rinse it and dump it into a garbage bag. Otherwise there will be ashes everywhere.
