Description

The flat is south of the river Thames and an easy tube ride to central London. The entrance is a few steps down from street level. There is one large bedroom with a double bed. There is a smaller second bedroom with two single beds. The large sitting room has 2 sofas, both of which are a decent double sofa bed for guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath with hand-held shower attachment. There is a second bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen has double doors which open onto the sitting room. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, new cooker & fridge freezer and there is a breakfast bar with high stools. There is a dining table in the sitting room that can seat 6 people Amenities: Well equipped kitchen - Wifi - TV - Central Heating – Gas and Electricity are included. Access to large garden - Parking space for 1 car on the driveway (there is also pay and display parking available on the street) Transport: We are roughly equal distance between East Putney and Southfields tube stations, both a 10-15 minute walk away on the District Line. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which goes to Clapham Junction or a 15 min walk to Wandsworth Town overground station. To central London it takes around 30 - 45 minutes door to door. Location: The house is set in a very leafy part of South London but with easy access into central London. There are local parks with playground facilities a few minutes walk away and Southside shopping centre is a 10 minute walk. There are several local gastropubs which are a few minutes walk away. Nearby are the fantastic green spaces of Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common.

“Excellent house in a great location”

Centrally located for access to Wandsworth town and/or Wimbledon. The place is bigger and better than the photos suggest. The garden is amazing! This place is a true gem! I would stay again without any hesitation!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
