Description

The apartment is in the historical Royal Arsenal complex, parts of which date back 350 years. There are excellent rail, underground and bus links about five minutes away. London Bridge Station is 20 minutes away, and London City airport is 10 minutes on the DLR. There are good transport links to all the other London airports (Gatwick, Stansted, Heathrow, Luton, Southend). Nearby is the excellent Dial Arch Pub and the Thames Clipper river bus. Historical Greenwich and the Emirates cable car are a short bus journey away. A short walk away is a large shopping centre. and a bit further is the Royal Artillery barracks, which claims to have the longest parade ground in Europe.

“Great apartment in quiet surroundings”

Beautiful flat with public traffic well attainable. In the surroundings there is everything you need, restaurants, shopping centres, etc.. The centre of London is easily accessible by train/bus/tube. We'll be back!

We had an excellent stay from the 2nd -5th of May. A very nice explanation from Bob who told us everything we needed to know about the appartment and about London. Great appartment!!! Clean and huge for London terms. Surroundings were very beautiful due to it’s history and new look!

Very cosy and nice apartment, with all equipments, and Robert was very helpful and informative (and patient ) But there was a lot of noice from outside, at least in the evenings; it was like we had the windows open, even though they were closed. Definately disturbing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert (the owner) a message.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
