First aid kit and fire extinguishers in the left kitchen cupboard beside the oven.

Rain shower and hand held shower with glass screen.

Heated towel rail should require usage.

Tv with freeview.

Please advise if there is a special occasion.

London Heathrow Airport = 8.7 miles

Portobello Road Market = 3.7 miles

Wembley Stadium = 5 miles

Access to Central and Piccadilly tube lines

Asda Supermarket is down the road for shopping.

Hospital is within close proximity.

Vue cinema complex with Pizza Hut, Nandos and Burger King are near Park Royal tube station.

Chinese and Indian restaurants.

Marks and Spencer and Shell petrol/gas station close for errands and essentials.

All London's major hot spots and attractions a short tube journey.

X3 playgrounds on doorstep.

Nature walk/small waterfall on doorstep.

Motoway/Freeway/Highway roads , tubes and buses on doorstep but the property set back so the noise from the road is not noticeable (except ambulances given the hospital distance).

Car parking in nearby roads on a first come, first serve basis.
