Welcome to a brand new home, it's a Victorian semi detached house on three levels. There are two double bedrooms on the top floor with a bathroom between and then another very similar layout beneath on the first floor. There is a beautiful open plan lounge dining room that leads onto the garden.

All the features have just been installed and are all brand new.

There is a lovely big garden with loads of space to potter. There's some outside tables and chairs which make for a great place to relax with two doors giving you access to the house, one through the kitchen and one through the living room.

We are locate close to the Lewishham athletics track and Hospital and are a short walk to Catford Train station. This gives you access to West Hampstead Thameslink and London Blackfriars, Elephant & Castle and London Farringdon.

We have the option of arranging you a parking voucher for an additional £20/week if you require this.

The England region

In easy walking distance from Catford Train Station with great links into London. We close to some lovely parks, pubs and restaurants. The house is newly refurbished and is in excellent condition and will offer you a great relaxing oasis with loads of open plan living and space inside and outside.

Very central to Catford centre, theres easy access to supermarkets to the house, just a 300m walk and you in the middle of the Catford centre.

London

There are two great pubs here, the Blythe Hill Tavern, an award-winning real ale/cider boozer and no other than the Catford Constitutional Club, a brilliant gastropub in the most unpretentious sense of the word (if there is one) – serves Lewisham borough’s best food, night after night, as well as having quickly made itself a community hub with live music, film nights, quizzes, and stand-up chats.

Dinning, Sapporo Ichiban, for excellent Japanese (try the Catford Roll!). Mekan, for good Middle Eastern grills, the Gurkha’s Flavour, for Nepalese food

Regarding Parks, try the Mountsfield Park, for the space and theres always Blythe Hill Fields, for the unparalleled views of London. Ladywell Fields, for a little slice of the countryside among the houses.
