1a) Please note our official check out time for guests from previous night is 12:00, and check in time time for You is 14:00. We 'll try our best to facilitate earlier check-in for Your Group.

2) Occasional call / text / TripAdvisor interaction / smartphone messenger 08:00 to 22:00 if we're not in meetings.

3) Occasional pop in between 11:00 and 21:00.
