Bright and airy open plan kitchen/living room with access to your own private balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4 point hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils, plates and glasses.

The living area contains a double sofa bed, a table and chairs that can seat up to 6 people and a digital TV.

The first double bedroom is located on the lower floor just behind the living area.

The upper floor contains two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The first bathroom contains a WC, a shower and a basin.

The second bathroom contains a bathtub, a WC and a basin.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the communal laundry facilities.

This property can sleep a maximum of 6 people.

VERY IMPORTANT!!: The surrounding areas are currently being redeveloped as part of the Cross Rail Construction Project around Tottenham Court Road station. We are only mentioning this at all because it is extremely important to us that we always present the full facts to our guests beforehand so they have the best possible holiday experience when staying with us and know exactly what to expect.

This is a wonderful spacious flat in an incredible central location. However as this flat is just 1 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station, the building site will be very visible from the flat and it is possible that construction noise will be audible inside the flat during normal working hours. Not a problem at all during the evenings and night time but potentially noticeable during work hours. Most guests are sightseeing at these time anyway but we always want to be straightforward and up front with our guests beforehand.

This is a lovely spacious property in one of the most desirable locations in all of Central London. You are just 1 minute from Oxford Street and many world famous attractions. For somebody traveling on holiday this property really is hard to bit.

You will have fantastic stay here if the construction work doesn't bother you. For most people it's not an issue as they will not be in the flat much when it is going on. We have however reflected this in the price. Once the construction work is completed this property will probably cost twice as much as we are currently offering it for so it really is a bargain.

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet property that you plan on spending a significant amount of time in during the day this will not be your best option. If you are looking for a great, clean, well-priced flat in an incredibly central location that you will predominately be spending time in after standard working hours then this place is hard to beat.
