On 1st floor of a smart apartment building (with elevator), located on a mostly pedestrian street with trees, shops, cafes and theatre.

- fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove/oven, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, sandwich press, pots and pans, cutlery/crockery/glassware, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine

We ask £4 contribution to cover costs/travel/time to bring from storage:

ACCESS: Guests have access to the whole apartment, which is private (with private bathroom), with exception of some utility/storage space.

ARRIVAL TIMES: Checkin is between 14:00 and 22:00.

DEPARTURE: Checkout is 10am (morning).

SUPPORT: I'm continuously online (or mobile) to support you. I reply to questions in advance of your trip, coordinate a personal handover-greeting, and am available (in person/text) if needed. Otherwise, I leave you in peace to enjoy the stay with full privacy.

ADVICE: I have lived in the immediate area for a number of years and can give tips and recommendations on the area.

MANUAL: I provide a printed manual in the house for essential info (wifi, heating, local food store, recommended restaurants, etc.). So, most questions are answered.

DIRECTIONS: I will reply with direction to meet on arrival. Please make note of this!

LUGGAGE/BAGGAGE STORAGE: If you need luggage storage (for the day), in central London, "Excess Baggage Company" provide storage at EVERY MAJOR London train station, including:

1) Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station (on the same metro line to Heathrow Airport);

2) Victoria Station (on the train line to Gatwick Airport);

3) Liverpool Street Station (on the train line to Stanstead Airport)

4) Charing Cross Station (this is the closest to the apartment).

HOUSE RULES

1. TOILETRIES: We provide some courtesy essentials -- soaps & toilet paper, but only a limited supply. There are convenience shops nearby for your personal needs (e.g. Marks & Spencer at 107 Long Acre)

2. TIMING: Check-in (arrival) is between 14:00 and 22:00; and checkout (departure) is at 10am (morning)

3. NOISE: Please no noise after 11pm.

4. PETS: No pets.

5: SMOKING: No smoking inside the apartment.

6. LUGGAGE STORAGE: There is no "concierge storage" facility. "Excess Baggage Company" provide storage at EVERY MAJOR train station.

7. HOME LET: Guests should be familiar with the home rental ethos. “Great London holiday - amazing location & great value”

I’ve lived in central London, and the apartment is a good size and was more than adequate for our requirements. Considering it is so central, this apartment is a surprise (for example, the hotel across the street was almost 3x the price if we were to get 2 rooms!). It was a plus to have an elevator, which is so hard to find in London’s old, period building. Photos are accurate, place was clean, linens/towels provided, and lots of amenities included. Having the Italian coffee shop downstairs didn’t hurt either! Located in the heart of Covent Garden, everything from cafes to entertainment to tourist attractions were outside the door or within walking distance. Host was fast in communicating with us and gave recommendations for transport and dining, and met us as planned and showed the apartment. A "survuval guide" in the apartment helped with local dining and markets. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will be returning again soon.

AMAZING! We had a fantastic stay! This place is incredibly central, being located in the heart of Covent Garden and within walking distance of the major attractions, shops, theatres, entertainment and tube stations. The building even has an ELEVATOR, which was a bonus with our luggage, and so hard to find in central London rentals. The apartment was a good size and exactly as shown in the photos - clean, comfortable and stylish. Because the bedroom overlooks a mostly pedestrian street, the bustle of central London wasn't a problem. Ben was a great host, always professional and replying promptly to our queries. Check-in was stress free and went according to plan. There was even a handbook in the apartment with useful information about restaurants and supermarkets. I would definitely recommend and we will stay here on our next visit. Thank you Ben!
