- Large windows with lots of light, with the most amazing view overlooking London's trendy Covent Garden and Seven Dials, with curtains for privacy.

2. BEDROOMS:

- 2 large bedrooms, each with UK King size beds (150x200cm)

- plenty of storage space in both (drawers and hanging space)

3. KITCHEN:

- fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, kettle/water-heater, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery/crockery/glassware, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer machine.

4. BATHROOM (private):

- full tiled bath with shower attachment

- good water pressure!

- unlimited on-demand hot water

- Includes hair dryer and shampoo

EXTRAS:

We ask £4 contribution to cover costs & travel time to bring from storage:

- INFANT COT: Size H78, L120, W60cm; Suitable for babies from birth up to 15kg.

- INFLATABLE MATTRESS: Inflatable single mattress, felt covering, single fitted sheet

(Please reserve, since we have other requests.)

ACCESS: Guests have complete access to the private apartment, with exception of some utility/storage space

SUPPORT: I'm continuously online (or mobile) to support you. I reply to questions in advance of your trip, coordinate a personal handover-greeting, and am available (in person/text) if needed. Otherwise, I leave you in peace to enjoy the stay with full privacy.

ADVICE: I have lived in the immediate area for a number of years and can give tips and recommendations on the area.

MANUAL: printed manual in apartment for essential info (wifi, heating, local food store, recommended restaurants, etc.). So, most questions are answered.

DIRECTIONS: I will reply with direction to meet on arrival. Please make note of this!

LUGGAGE/BAGGAGE STORAGE: If you need luggage storage (for the day), in central London, "Excess Baggage Company" provide storage at EVERY MAJOR London train station, including:

1) Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station (on the same metro line to Heathrow Airport);

2) Victoria Station (on the train line to Gatwick Airport);

3) Liverpool Street Station (on the train line to Stanstead Airport)

4) Charing Cross Station (this is the closest to the apartment).

LOCAL GUIDE: There is a printed manual inside the apartment with local restaurant recommendations, closet food supermarkets, cash machines, wifi codes etc.

HOUSE RULES

1. TOILETRIES: We provide limited courtesy essentials -- soaps & toilet paper. There are convenience shops nearby for your personal needs (e.g. Marks & Spencer at 107 Long Acre)

2. TIMING: Check-in (arrival) is between 14:00 and 22:00; and checkout (departure) is at 10am (morning)

3. NOISE: Please no noise after 11pm.

4. PETS: No.

5: SMOKING: No.

6. LUGGAGE STORAGE: There is no "concierge storage" facility. "Excess Baggage Company" provide storage at EVERY MAJOR train station.
