The master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom (including bath) is offered with garden views from both rooms. The bathroom was the family bathroom before the downstairs wet room was put in, so ample in size and with bath. Being at the back of the house its very quiet. All decorated in clean, cool white.

There are two bedrooms in a clean, contemporary open plan space within a pretty Victorian property - complete with airy glass-roofed kitchen extension opening via bifold doors directly onto a pretty decked garden.

You can stay on a self catering basis, sharing a fantastic kitchen, garden, and living room with one other. There is Sky broadband and a 32" flatscreen Smart TV with a documentary package. There is a vintage industrial beer keller table to have romantic dinners out amongst the foxgloves and fairy lights.

The newly renovated Bell Pub, CAMRA Pub of The Year 2015 is just 5 minutes walk away, and further shops, restaurants and pubs in Wood Street and Walthamstow Village (15 minute walk).
