"Loft" apartment is located in the heart of the city, five minutes walk from the historic centre, RAM, Laurel Street... in the beginning of the so-called "100 shops walk", very lively streets with much trade.

To two minutes flat walk from train and bus stations. And if you come by car, Park it in the garage, included in the price and forget it, you can walk to anywhere!



The apartment is on the first floor with elevator, balcony and very sunny, recently decorated with much taste that it will make your stay more enjoyable than any hotel, in such a way that you will feel at home. What better than a breakfast at home without having to be looking for a café to your liking?. Low House and you have everything you need to prepare a breakfast before heading out to explore the city or a romantic dinner to go home. On the same street have all the shops you need: supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, shops of Takeaway menus, pharmacies, clothing shops, café, Park with pleasant terraces, etc..

It is perfect for a getaway as a couple in order to know Logroño a weekend or to spend a few days meeting the gastronomy and the cellars of la Rioja bearing stay in the capital of the wine!

The apartment has all the furniture and appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible: TV, DVD, HIFI, kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave, vitro, crockery, pots, pans, coffee maker, juicer, Blender, iron. Bedroom with double bed of 150cm and a duvet of feathers and large built-in wardrobe for your luggage, and spacious bathroom with shower cascade, secador-difusor, iron for hair, towels bath and toilet with hygiene: SOAP, shampoo, first aid kit, etc.

Why can't I call Jorge (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jorge (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge (the owner) a message.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
