The house besteht of 2 bedrooms, 1 master bathroom, a fine living room, dining room for 8 people and a fully-equipped kitchen style in Cycladic. It has two large shaded terraces and is fully air-conditioned. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and people to additional in the basement. 3 The basement has its own entrance, it's a detached house with no communication with the rest of the upper house or the garden. The use of the basement by the renter of the villa (can accommodate other 3 people) has an extra charges per day.

The ground floor contains the living room with two comfortable build sofas, two armchairs and a LED TV 43 ", home cinema and sound system. This spacious area therefore includes the dining room, with a dining table and chairs did can accommodate up to 8 guests , Adjacent is an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, oven on in country style, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and a high-quality set of kitchen utensils. So This floor features two bedrooms with luxury Hypnos beds for at unbeatable night's sleep, king size (or it can split into two single beds, for twin use), and a bathroom in traditional Cycladic architecture with all amenities. A washing machine is in the special (outside are) room. The kitchen has a second veranda with view to the garden.
The upper level has a terraces, with a wooden table and comfortable canvass chairs, where one can enjoy the unobstructed views to the sea and romantic evenings under the starry sky of the Iceland.

In the garden is a BBQ area ie. At the front of the house there is a staircase leading to the first level. The beautiful quiet garden is equipped with a large marble table for 12 people, sunbeds, BBQ, outside shower and extra-Provides shade with modern shading system. Two parking spaces are also available. The villa is quiet with no noises from the street.

The villa (80 sqm.) With sea view, can accommodate 6 adults persons. In the guest studio in minimalist Cycladic architecture, which can be rented as an alternative, there is accommodation for an additional 3 - 4 people. The studio has its own entrance and is independent from the main house. It has natural light, a traditionally built bathroom and refrigerator.
The main building has 2 master bedrooms with luxurious sleeping system Hypnos which promises a restful sleep. Both bedrooms have a double bed which is equipped with 2 bed boxes and separate mattresses, so that it can be easily changed in a twin room. The master bathroom is built in the Cycladic architecture. Living-dining room and kitchen are in a uniform large room with direct access to the terraces. Here our guest can relax and enjoy the blooming garden with the scents and the wind of the Aegean.
