Abseits des Touristentrubel liegt mein historisches Natursteinhaus, die ehemalige Weinpresse des Bischofs von Lodeve, in sehr schöner,abwechslungsreicher Landschaft in Südfrankreich, sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das Haus ist rustikal-gemütlich, individuell eingerichtet und bietet eine sehr gute, zeitgemäße großzügige Ausstattung. Dem Gast stehen ca.90qm Wohnfläche mit 2 Schlafräumen, 1 großes Bad mit Tageslicht, sowie im Erdgeschoss der Wohn-Essbereich mit Kamin im Natursteingewölbe zur Verfügung.

Der Essbereich mit großem Holztisch und die amerikanische Küche befinden sich im Naturstein Gewölbe im Erdgeschoss.

Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden, sowie alles, was ein Hobby Koch benötigt.

Der Sitzbereich mit gemütlicher Couch vor dem Holz Kamin, der ideale Platz zum Entspannen, das Zentrum des Hauses,hier ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl.

Die 2 Schlafräume und das Bad erreichen Sie über eine Treppe.

Der 1.Schlafraum ist mit einem Doppelbett (180x200) Kleiderschrank,Leselampen,Spiegel,Kommode und Regiestühle ausgestattet.

Im 2. Schlafraum steht eine hochwertige Schlafcouch für zwei Personen (160x200) großer Kleiderschrank, Leselampen,TV Fernseher und eine kleine, deutschsprachige Bibliothek.Beide Schlafräume verfügen über 2 Fenster mit Moskitoschutz.

Das große Bad mit Tageslicht,Wanne, Dusche und WC. Die Holz-Sicht-Balken in allen Räumen unterstreichen das ländliche Ambiente.Sauberkeit hat erste Priorität.

Vor dem Haus sind kostenlose, kommunale Parkplätze vorhanden.

Die kommunale Laube vor dem Haus, unter einem alten Baum, steht auch meinen Gästen zur Verfügung.

Der Garten liegt 30 m vom Haus entfernt, er bietet eine erholsame Atmosphäre mit Blick in die grüne Landschaft.Unter Olivenbaum können meine Gäste auf Liegen sonnenbaden,ruhen, relaxen, lesen.Ein Erfrischungspool steht zur Verfügung, der

mit Quellwasser gefüllt wird. Eine Dousche mit kaltem Wasser bringt zusätzlich Abkühlung. Ein Gartenhaus, Liegestühle, Tisch und Stühle, Sonnenschirme, Grill.....Bei ihrer Ankunft wird alles für sie gerichtet sein,sie sind herzlich willkommen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Heide (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
