“Lovely cottage, beautiful surroundings, delightful family.”

Reviewed 3 Aug 2013

I stayed here with my 2 young daughters and my husband. We were made to feel very welcome by the family owners who showed us to this lovely cottage through their private gates from the high street and down to a beautiful garden. The local shops were on the doorstep, as was a nice tea room. The property is just over the road from the lovely river and mill. The family were friendly and helpful and we were able to come and go as we pleased, but were also very comfortable staying where we were. Our 2 daughters loved playing in the large garden and were very happy to play with the owners dogs and delightful children when they were around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely home from home. We couldn't have asked for more.
