In a secluded, elevated location, high above Lochinver, this charming detached cottage enjoys wonderful views over the water and the village to the surrounding magnificent mountain peaks.

Lochinver lies at the centre of Assynt, an Area of Outstanding Beauty where spectacular coastal roads lead past cliffs, inlets, sandy beaches and picturesque crofting villages. The main road leads inland to the unspoiled wilderness and nature reserves of Sutherland, north to Cape Wrath or south to Ullapool. The surrounding area provides unrivalled climbing, walking, biking, angling and ornithology. The cottage is on the edge of the village and the Highland Stoneware pottery are a short walk down the quiet lane while the main shops, restaurants, hotels, harbour and visitor centre are less than a mile away on the other side of the bay.
