Yealand House enjoys a stunning hillside position with spectacular views over Crinan Harbour to the sound of Jura, Scarba and The Gulf of Corryvreckan.

Welcoming and comfortable, this much loved family home has a mix of antique and country-style modern furnishings creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The highlight is the spacious living room with its breath-taking views. A room you will not want to leave. The double height ceiling, minstrels' gallery and surrounding spacious windows fill the room with natural light while the cosy wood burning stove and comfortable seating make it a delightful room to gather in throughout the year. Doors lead out onto a wonderful deck balcony where summer time drinks can be enjoyed while watching glorious sunsets and the gentle movements of boats. The views will inspire any imagination.

The deck provides direct access to the rustic and pretty country-style garden with a path and steps that lead you down through woodland to the picturesque harbour where many yachts are moored.

The friendly village of Crinan with its historic canal is just a short walk. Watch yachts sail in and out of the Atlantic, stroll along the shoreline or canal paths, enjoy freshly caught seafood or just relax and unwind in this beautiful location.


Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds and en-suite facilities. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. Additional lounge with double sofa bed.


En-suite to bedroom 1 is a WC, bathroom with standing shower and basin.
