Situated 15 kms from the medieval town of Loches( open market days on Sat/Wed mornings), 500 meters from the castle of Bridoré, 4 kms from the 9 hole "Verneuil" Golf course.Property overlooks the country and the medieval Fortress of Bridoré. Easy driving to the major Castle of Loire Valley eg: Amboise, Clos Lucé, Chenonceaux,Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Langeais. You will also find a Casino in la Roche Posay (30 minutes' drive) Zoo de Beauval (30') and the Futuroscope in Poitiers (1 hour drive).Your spacious and cosy cottage (95 square metres) is fully furnished with all of today's modern comfort set within the charm of a traditional farmhouse. The cottage has three bedrooms and a large living room. Two rooms each have double beds, and one room has 2 bunk beds. .. The living area of 45 square meters includes an open kitchen with a great view of the castle of Bridoré and the countryside.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, coffeemaker etc. There is also a washing machine, and dryer. The pool open from early june to mid september 10X5M, garden, and BBQ included at your disposal. Private parking.
