Magnificent and unique luxury villa located in the resort "Sa Torre". With an area of circa 1000 sqm surrounding the 200 sqm building, you will have magnificent seafront views! Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, where you can relax on the outskirts of the city, and 10 minutes away from the airport.

There is an entrance hall and four bedrooms: two with double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two twin rooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and utility room. Four bathrooms. Living room, loft with balcony, porch, swimming pool, games corner and a garage. In addition to that there is air conditioning and heating available in all the house.

Area really quiet, but not far from the Puig de´n Ros zone that includes restaurants of different specialities as well as some bars.

15 minutes by car from the airport and from the well know area of Playa de Palma-el Arenal that has all kind of animations. Not more than 25 minutes from Palma

Balearic Government since July 1, 2016, has implemented the new "sustainable tourism tax" of the Balearic Islands (ECOTAX) to be charged to adults from 16 years (residents and no residents in EU) who stay in hotels, apartments and cruises.
The rate from April to October included, will be: 1€ per day per person the first 8 days; 0,5€ per day per person the rest. Reduced by half in each case from 1st november.
We will take money upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
