Description

Welcome to this beautiful rural house with a salt swimming pool located at Biniamar, where 6-8 guests will spend an unforgettable hollydays.

This villa's views to the mountains and the forest are amazing. The 10x5m salt swimming pool and a depth ranging that goes from 1 to 2m, is surrounded by a big grass area, perfect to relax and sunbathe. At the external shower you can refresh quickly. The wonderful furnished porch invites you to have a coffee while you read a good book, or enjoy a tasty dinner prepare at the barbecue. The plot is all fenced and surrounded by fruit trees.

The property is divided in two floors, carefully decorated.You can watch a film at the satellite TV, a DVD or listen to music while you rest at the comfortable living room. The dining room is open to a large gas equipped kitchen, where you will find all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay. There is a laundry area, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house has four bedrooms and and two bathrooms for common use.At the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Upstairs, there are another three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. If you come over during the winter, switch on the central heating!

Biniamar is a little village, with about 342 residents located just at the heart of the island between Lloseta, Inca and Selva villages, at the feet of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. If what you are looking for is to really meet an authentic majorcan village and its way of life, you are at the right place! Even if is small, at Biniamar you will find a few restaurants and bars where you can try the typical mallorcan food. Is only located 1 km distance from Lloseta, which has all the necessary services like supermarkets, train and bus stop, and easy access to the motorway. We recommend you some routes like Lluc or the unforgettable Sa Calobra. If you fancy visiting a touristic place, go to Puerto de Alcúdia, at about 32 km distance, a large clean water beach, where you can also practice some watersports like windsurf, kitesurf or a ride at a jet ski.

Note: This property cant accept under 28 year old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
