Acogedora casa con piscina privada situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila a tan solo 9 km de la playa y del centro de Lloret de Mar. ¡Esta casa es ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia en la Costa Brava!

Capacidad máxima para 8 personas.

Zona exterior con piscina privada, una gran terraza cubierta con mesa y sillas donde se puede disfrutar de agradables desayunos y comidas junto a la piscina gozando de unas bonitas vistas a la montaña. También la zona exterior tiene una barbacoa y amplio parking (no cubierto).

Zona interior con salón-comedor con tv, cocina equipada (nevera, congelador, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavadora y lavavajillas), dos habitaciones de matrimonio, dos habitaciones dobles, dos baños y un aseo.

Mascotas aceptadas bajo petición.

Grupos de jóvenes no aceptados.

Al precio total se le añade el coste de la limpieza, 95 euros, a pagar en la oficina a la llegada.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
