This superb cottage just outside Llanrwst in North Wales and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.Pengwern Farmhouse is a superb cottage just outside Llanrwst in North Wales. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a ground floor double, a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, a double with a basin and two twins which can be arranged as super king-size doubles on request. There is a ground floor shower room and a bathroom on the first floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with a games area, a conservatory with a dining area and a sitting room.Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub and there is ample off road parking. Pengwern Farmhouse is in a fantastic setting with woodland walks available from the door.

Amenities: Oil central heating with two electric stoves. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machines and tumble dryers in external utility. TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Bike/kayak storage. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ area and hot tub. Two well behaved pets allowed from Jan 2019. No smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Has two high chairs, two travel cots, two stair gates. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.
