This beautiful split-level duplex apartment, adjoining the owners’ own home is located within the grounds of their small certified family-run camping site near to Llanwrst and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Rainbow Cottage is a beautiful split-level duplex apartment, adjoining the owners’ own home located within the grounds of their small certified family-run camping site near to Llanwrst and can sleep four people in two double bedrooms (one a 4' double). There is a family bathroom. The rest of the apartment contains a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric log-effect stove. There is also a utility. To the outside of the property there is off road parking and a front raised patio area with furniture. Rainbow Cottage is an excellent base for a small family or couples looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park.

Amenities: LPG central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge,freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front raised patio area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub with restaurant 1 mile. Note: Apartment is situated close to the main road, so some associated road noise may be heard. Note: Unsecured drop from patio, children to be supervised. Note: Apartment is accessed up 3 steps from parking area and once inside there are various levels with steps. Note: There is a connecting door to the owner’s property, which is locked on both sides at all times. Note: Sheep, ducks, geese and chickens in neighbouring fields, dogs to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
