Beautiful property renovated in March 2015 to a high standard! Located right in the heart of the beautiful Llangrannog, one of Ceredigions favourite holiday destinations, is Llais Y Mor a two storey town house. With a balcony overlooking the blue flag beach (lifeguarded from May to September) and beautiful sea views, dolphins and seals can often been seen close to the shore. The coastal path passes by the property providing idyllic walks. The property is ideally situated with the local shop, 2 pubs and 2 cafés all within a 2 minute walk.

Llais y Mor sleeps a maximum of 5 plus baby in 2 upstairs bedrooms: 2 double beds and a set of bunk beds.

En suite: shower room with WC and wash hand basin, heated towel rail

Secluded rear patio area with table, 6 chairs and parasol. Deck high up in the back garden overlooking the house and stunning views of the beach and Cardigan Bay. Balcony deck to front overlooks the beach. The garage may be used to store kayaks, beach gear and bikes. Outdoor shower for washing off the sand when you come back from the beach. Off road parking for 1 car outside the garage.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided (please bring own beach towels). One dog allowed with an additional charge of £25 payable to cover the extra cleaning costs. Please note the automatic quote received will NOT include this charge; the owner will add the £25 manually to your quote once you confirm you will be bringing a dog.

Please note we normally only take bookings with a minimum 7 night stay during school holidays. However, you are welcome to enquire and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

“Wonderful property and psition”

Llais -y-mor is very tastefully decorated, in excellent condition and really comfortable. The views are fantastic . The car parking space in front of the property was a bonus on a busy weekend. We would highly recommend.
