An interesting 1930s detached house, with attic bedrooms (one leading through to the other) accessed by original counterbalanced loft ladder (no children under 8). Additional ground floor bedroom and shower room; discount for couples in low season using ground floor accommodation only. Set off a narrow lane, the house stands in steeply sloping, terraced gardens and is accessed by a flight of steps from the one small parking space.

The North Wales region

Wales is a place of natural beauty and diversity. The north east of Wales features some traditional seaside towns and spectacular views and is a great place to stay. The West coast has some great coastal walks and lovely sandy beaches to discover. Surfing and dog walking is popular in this area. The north west has highlights including Mount Snowdon and the Isle of Anglesey in this magical part of Wales; you will find a break here relaxing or if you fancy going for a climb then it would be adventurous. Situated above the town to the north is Castell Dinas Bran, the stronghold of the Princes of Powys. Beyond the castle is the limestone escarpment known as the Eglwyseg Rocks.
