In an elevated location converted from former farm buildings near Llanfairfechan is Hen Gamarnaint one of three cottages on the owners' smallholding with the beach two miles and Llandudno twelve miles away. In the Snowdonia National Park this accommodation is ideal for exploring the beautiful coast with Conwy and Anglesey, Bodnant Gardens, Caernarfon Castle all a short drive away. Lessons in art can be arranged with the owners.

Llanfairfechan is a town and community in the Conwy County Borough, Wales. It lies on the north coast on the route between Penmaenmawr and Bangor. It is known as a seaside resort. Morfa Madryn, the salt marsh area immediately west of the town on the shore of Traeth Lafan, is a local authority-managed nature reserve of outstanding beauty and a favourite haunt of bird watchers.
