    Please read booking contract. Animals we only allow Dogs max 2, and we must be advise before booking. Dogs must NOT be left unattended in house or gardens. There is a charge of £25. for each dog payable on arrival. Children should be supervised in play barn and garden, there is a small stream in the garden. The games room can be used from 9am to 10pm. Smoking outside only. Please note ONLY the number of persons on the booking form will be permitted to stay.

    How do damage deposits work?
