From the owner

This spacious 2 bedroom stone building was converted to a cottage 7 years ago on our smallholding 3 miles outside Caernarfon.The cottage overlooks the orchard area,from the french doors which open onto a enclosed patio area . The large lounge has a 40" flat screen TV with freeview, entering via 3 steps to a large kitchen /diner with dishwasher, cooker , microwave fridge and seperate freezer.Both bedrooms have full size beds and full complement of bedroom furniture.The cottage benefits from full central heating from a combi boiler so winter breaks can be enjoyed, and all the hot water you need. This cottage is Ideal for both families and couples alike, offering comfort and space to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The cottage is idealy placed to visit all the attractions on the N/Wales coast, whatever you like from castles to trains, ropeworks to water sports. Dinas Dinlle is a Blue Flag beach with childrens playarea, cafe's and local chippy. The North Wales coastal path for walkers and the Lon Eifion,cycle path are both within a mile of the cottage.We have space for Bike storage, maps and books of local walks and paths.
There is plenty of space for children to play, we have a play area to the rear of the cottage that has enclosed gates for the younger children that need more attention

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ann-Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
