“Highly recommended”

Reviewed 21 Aug 2013

We travelled as a family of with a very energetic 5yr old and inquisitive 20mth old. It was absolutely perfect for us. Travel cot and z bed were made up ready for our late arrival. Our children must have thought they were in heaven the climbing frame and massive play area. I must say my husband and I also loved the views of Angelesy. Eirin was very kind enough to loan us toys that worked a treat in the evening and mornings. Being first time visitors to the area we found the location perfect for Snowdon, Caernarfon Castle and ofcourse the train sation with the awkwardly lengthy name!!! Eirin and her children were most friendly and had good knowledge of the area. We all loved our 3 night stay and will most definitely be back and recommending to others. The only minor downside was the limited availability of tv channels for those that may require them. It had no impact on our stay. Thank you again :-D

Owner's reply: Thank you for your wonderful review. We are so glad you had a good time and enjoyed your stay. Our Studio Cottage is ideal for a short breaks for couples and for families with young children. I'm glad your little ones enjoyed the play area with its Triple Swing Climbing Frame and that the toys kept them busy in the cottage. Regarding Television Channels we have the majority of Digital Freeview Channels, approximately 57 channels including Radio (It just needed retuning). Thanks again.

“Great place to stay, perfect for walking and cycling in Snowdonia”

Reviewed 18 May 2013

We stayed in this great studio cottage for three nights near Caernarfon and Snowdonia. Perfectly placed for walking and cycling and also ideal for touring this part of North West Wales. It is ideal for short breaks and has the luxury of a superb little kitchen area, a sitting area and separate shower. The bookcase was full of books, games, Dvd's, so plenty to keep you occupied in wet weather too. So much more than a B&B or the usual short break places. It was spacious and comfortable and we will definitely be staying again on our next visit later this year. If you enquire directly you will also often get a good deal from the owners.

Owner's reply: We are in an ideal place for walkers and cyclists as we have Lon Eifion Cycle Track less than half a mile and the choice of walks are endless in this area. Thank you for your great review.
