Stay Llandudno provides a cosy, traditional house in a quiet residential area of Llandudno.

This majestic Victorian seaside town with it's promenade, pier and beaches is a real treasure of the North Wales coast.

The house is ideally located on flat terrain with the town, beach and good quality restaurants only a short walk away.

The ground floor has a spacious lounge and dining room with comfortable seating, a gas fire and LCD TV with freeview and a DVD player.

The adjoining dining room has space for 6 people around the table and a high chair is available on request. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob and freezer.

From the kitchen, the rear courtyard can be accessed to enjoy the sea air and morning sunshine.

The outside area also provides a toilet and utility room. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience. A lockable outside store is available for bikes, kayaks, golf clubs etc.

The first floor has a family bathroom with shower cubicle and separate low level bath.

There are two spacious double rooms and a twin room. All beds are comfortable and bed linen is included. A travel cot is available on request.

The house was built at the turn of the 19th century and is not disabled friendly. Please be aware there are no ground floor bedrooms or facilities to sleep on the ground floor.

Minimum three night stay may be considered out of season.

The house is a short walk from the train station and bus stops.

Interaction with guest

On your arrival the host will meet you at the property to give you the keys. You will be shown around the house and the use of all facilities will be explained. The host can give you information about the area and recommend places to eat and shop. The cottage has local information, maps and travel information in the dining room. Pre delivered groceries can be arranged prior to visit. A delivery slot to suit the host could be booked with the grocery shop (Tesco/Asda) This could be put away in the cupboards, fridge and freezer ready for your arrival. Please discuss parking needs before arrival as the host can reserve a space if needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
