From the owner

My home is situated 10 mins from the train station, 3 mins from Asda, 5 mins from the retail park, 10 mins from all the bars, restaurants, the beach and Venue Cymru. You can park outside, but once you are here you can walk everywhere. My home is very roomy, bright and the garden gets the sunshine all day so great to sit outside. I have included breakfast - cereal, tea, coffee, and bread for toast to make your stay easier. I hope you enjoy Llandudno

I am really easy to get hold of I will meet my guests whenever I can, but sometimes I am away myself and therefore will leave a key and there is a welcome pack when you arrive and I will speak with you on the phone.

Really clean, well appointed with extras like well positioned garden and hot tub. It was a 3 minute walk to the edge of town and the location had plenty of parking.

I understand that the bathroom needs a mirror, it is on my list of things to do, I am constantly updating my home, but everything takes time and money. As for buns I don’t like bins all over my home and have always been brought up to take my rubbish downstairs. This isn’t a hotel and you aren’t paying hotel prices it’s my home which is a really comfortable cosy place in an excellent location.

I am very disappointed by this review and find it highly unfair, my house is listed as my home as it is exactly that, I love out for guests to stay. The fridge is completely empty apart from condiments and jams that I buy for guests use. There are drawers by the bed that are empty for clothes and a complete hanging rail. There is a hanging tail and space in the spare bedroom also. The pictures on the website of my home show that I have photos up and also show the beds. I do my best to make my home as comfortable as possible for every guest.

Hi Sarah I am sorry you felt like this but if you look at the pictures in my listing you can see photos on the sideboard. Also there is a clothes rail in the bedroom for you to hang your clothes plus the drawers beside the bed are empty. Also in the spare room there is plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Also in my description I call it my home as that is what it is, I have never described it as being an empty house. The fridge is empty apart from condiments and jams and marmalade’s that I provide for your use so plenty of room in there for you to store your food.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zara (the owner) a message.

If Zara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
