This well equipped holiday let is a home from home with spectacular views of the Great Orme from the front lounge and front bedroom window. Please check house rules below regarding recommended ages of young children and our policy on pets.

Table & Four Chairs. Stairs to bedrooms and bathroom on second floor.


Three piece suite, Smart TV with freeview, Catchup and internet, good 4g reception available for mobile (EE, Vodaphone and 3 tested), coffee table. There is an opening door on to a balcony with view across Llandudno to the Great Orme with small seating area. Smoking is allowed on balcony but not in the rear small patio area.

Facilities in the Area

Within a 5-10 minute walk, you reach the promenade and Craig-y-Don Centre providing ample restaurants (Chinese, 2 x Italian Restaurants, 2 x bistros/cafes), a very well stocked corner shop, paper shop and a very good delicatesen. You are only a 15-20 minute walk to the main promenade and pier together with the good selection of shops & retail parks in the town centre. The famous Venue Cymru Theatre is also only a 12 minute walk away regularly showing current and award winning musicals and plays..

At the rear of the property is a tree lined hillside and within a short distance there are some lovely hillside and costal walks for active types.

Parking is available on drive at front of property FOR UNLOADING ONLY with long stay parking available on road outside of property with no restrictions.

Not suitable for children under 5 as there is no cot, safety gate or highchair.
Only one well behaved small to medium-sized dog is accepted at owners discretion. The dog must also have adequate bedding as they are not allowed on furniture or beds and must not be left in house unattended.

Probably one of the nicest holiday homes we have stayed in. Warm and comfortable lots of extras touches which was well appreciated. Llandudno is a lovely town and how friendly everyone is. We were made to feel welcome wherever we went. The weather wasn't too good so didn't explore the area as much as we would have liked so oh dear we will have to return

Great house, everything we needed, plenty of towels, welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Only disadvantage was the 2 sets of stairs which weren't idea for elderly parents. Close to the sea front. I would definitely visit again.

The house had everything we needed for a family of four, the owners had thought of everything. Perfect for when you are travelling with children. Great location, great views, easy walk to the centre and very close to a great park for the children and dogs. Locals were very friendly.

The accommodation is beautifully presented and is extremely clean and tidy. The owners provided lots of little additions that made it feel like a hotel but with the freedom of self catering. All bedding, towels, etc. top notch. Lovely views.

Great location and don't need to use your car, 15 minutes walk into the town centre to the locals shops and the pier. The amazing views at the Great Orme. A well equipped town house to make your stay enjoyable will definitely be returning in the future

“Perfect holiday home by the sea”

Stayed here at the beginning of April 2017. The house is located a five minute walk from the sea at Llandudno in a very nice, residential area. The view from the balcony and front bedroom are amazing - straight over the coastline and Great Orme. The house is newly refurbished and tastefully decorated and a great deal of thought has gone into equipping the house. You really don't need to take anything with you - all china, cutlery, towels, tea towels, cleaning products etc are provided along with tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk. The seating area at the rear is enclosed which is great for dogs and small children - both of which were on holday with me. There's loads to do in the area - we went up the Great Orme on the train one day, to Conway and around the castle and walls another, up Snowdonia on the third day and to Bodnant on our way home. There are a number of good eating places in llandudno - through the looking glass is a must for ice cream (we went twice!), the queen's head which is a five minute drive away do a fantastic Sunday lunch, Chish and fips for fish and chips on the sea front and Romeos for Italian. The owners of the house are lovely and genuinely can't do enough to make sure the house is welcoming and that you have a good holiday. Probably the best self catering let I've stayed in.

If Terry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
