A small terraced house very near to Llandudno town centre situated in a quiet side street

The accommodation comprises

Ground Floor lounge with two good quality leather setees

( one three seater one two seater ) large Victorian fire place with faux wood burning stove powered by electric SMOKE ALARM

Wall mounted 32 in smart tv with built in DVD player.

Selection of DVDs

Two side tables & reading lamp and standard lamp,large coffee table

Dining room with large dining table & six dining chairs ,large fireplace (not in use ) SMOKE ALARM

Kitchen ,large fridge/freezer Gas cooker ( new in 2017)

microwave,kettle and toaster CO2 ALARM

Ample supplies of crockery and kitchen equipment.

Automatic washing machine and seperate tumble dryer.

There is a very small back yard at the back of the property

The railway station is an 8 minute walk ,& the main bus stops two minutes All of llandudno can easily be visited on foot

“Excellent Location right in the centre of town.”

Fantastic location right slap bang in the centre of town , you can walk to pretty much all the main attractions in Llandudno from here , to get to the start of the walk around the Great Orme is only about 10 mins. Parking is free on the road if you can find a spot , it is a very narrow road so can be a bit daunting to drive down the first time but you get used to it , otherwise if its full you can park for free a couple of streets down heading away from the beach , not the end of the world. All in all , had a lovely stay here and would definitely come back , my children loved the fact they they had a TV in their bedroom !!

House very central to Llandudno yet on a quiet street. Comfy beds. Nice to have TVs in bedrooms also.Little extra touches appreciated. We would definitely stay again when in Llandudno .

“Lovely Cottage”

The cottage was beautiful - everything you could wish for to have a lovely holiday. Excellent location for walking to everything in LLandudno and easy drive into the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Unfortunately we had to leave early as my dad became very ill :( Would happily book again and thoroughly recommend.

This is the second time We have stayed in this cottage, there is myself husband daughter and friend. LLandudno has something for everyone nice clean seaside resort. Good accommodation nice and clean everything you need for a holiday or short break. Limited parking but you can find spaces very near on adjacent streets, not really a problem. Did manage to park outside the cottage most of the time and this was in school holidays Would defiantly stay again

“Simple living”

The house was quaint and well decorated and suitable for our needs. There were a few simple things which could have improved our stay considerably. The bedding was a little old. I needed to make a bed for my 9 year old the spare duvet was pretty grim and the covers were old and thin. We also found that the sofas were very sandy. Obviously the previous renters had spilled sand on the sofas. Other than that all was good. It was nice and quite at night. The neighbours were friendly along with a local cat who we adored. The house is really close to some fabulous eateries which are family friendly. It is also well situated for all the local transport system's and only a short walk to the beach. The owner was also very kind allowing us to keep our luggage there on the last day as we had a late train back. Of course he could only do this because there was no booking for that day.

“Beautiful cottage lovely stay”

I recently stayed at this cottage with my family for a week holiday. The cottage was beautiful, clean and tidy and very comfortable to stay in. The whole of the cottage was lovely and wonderful bathroom with perfect hot shower. All the amenities that you need, and very near to shops, pier and beach. Something for all the family and we had a lovely stay

How do damage deposits work?
