Reviewed 25 Mar 2016

Lovely to see you again Ann - thank you for your warm welcome. We enjoyed another fabulous week in this exciting area. Once again found Bay View an excellent base - comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. PERFECT. Love the new sofas and the "His 'n' Hers" showers!! Hope to see you again, next year.

Thank you for a lovely review, it was good to see you both again and that your keeping well. Look forward to seeing you next year Ann

“Another great trip”

Reviewed 10 Mar 2016

Our 3rd visit to Bay View is now feeling like a second home to us.We enjoy meeting up here with our extended family. You really could not place this house in a better spot, It is just so peaceful, and safe for the children as there is no passing cars or poeple, Its just so private. and the views just put the icing on the cake. Ann goes out of her way to make sure that comfort comes first, nothing is to much trouble, ( we couldnt get there till almost midnight as we had been delayed) You won't be disappointed with a stay at Bay View, Thats if you can get booked in. See you in a few months Ann

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. It is always a pleasure in having returning guests stay. We look forward to seeing you all again in July. Lets hope the weather is better.

“Lovely property with amazing views”

Reviewed 30 Dec 2015

Bay View, from the first contact with the owners to leaving after our weeks break over Christmas, was close to perfect. The property is very comfortable, with plenty of homely touches and superb views from the lounge/front bedrooms, which at night take on a new illuminated look. It was very wet during our stay and so were really pleased we were able to drive straight into the integral garage (electric door) and enter the upstairs from there. Would I rent this property again...YES.

“A winter weekend !”

Reviewed 30 Nov 2015

Bay view is a wonderful setting for a short break, the house is beautiful, comfortable and has all the comforts of home ! It is ideally located for trips to Llandudno and access to Anglesey. There is a real ale pub within a few minutes walk. Although the weather was not very kind to us, we spent a fantastic 3 nights and would love to stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Always a pleasure in having new guests to stay. Do hope to see you again in the future. Ann

“Another excellent stay - it just gets better.”

Reviewed 2 Nov 2015

This is the fourth time we have visited this holiday home. We did not think it could get any better, but Ann always improves something. Eg a full length mirror for us to check out our outfits! The fixtures and fittings are always updated and immaculate - it really is a home from home with stunning views. The family will be returning again next year - many thanks, Ann.

Always a pleasure in having you to stay, and look forward to seeing you all next year. Thank you for the kind review. Ann

“Great House, Amazing View!!”

Reviewed 20 Oct 2015

We needed somewhere to stay for a group of us with loads of parking not far from Llandudno and this house was great and ticked every box! Ann was great to deal with and gave us a warm welcome complete with shortbread! We loved it so much we have booked already for next year. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, Llandudno is just a 5 minute taxi ride away and very easy to get to. Would certainly recommend staying here!

Always a pleasure to welcome new guests to Bay View.Look forward to seeing you all next year. Ann

“Wonderful accommodation!”

Reviewed 7 Oct 2015

This was our fourth visit to the area and this was certainly the best accomodation we've stayed in. The bungalow was clean, tidy, well presented, well equiped, and very comfortable. The views were fantastic morning, noon and even at night! The weather was wonderful and we were able to enjoy afternoon tea on the terrace. We enjoyed being able to take local walks directly from the bungalow; the Little Orme being only a short walk away. There are lots of things to do in the area, tobogganing, snow tubing and a visit to Bounce Below being firsts for us. Llandudno also has some great places to eat, Mama Rosa, La Taverna and the Hayloft reastauraut at the Welsh Food Centre being particular favourites. We would recommend Bay View and certainly hope to return ourselves one day.

Always a pleasure in welcoming new guests, Hope to see you all again if your in this area. Thank you Ann

“Great weekend in fabulous accommodation and surroundings.”

Reviewed 8 Sep 2015

My Husband, 2 year old grandson and myself, have just had a lovely weekend staying at Bay View, just outside Llandudno. The accommodation a detached bungalow is fabulous and has every amenity you could possibly want and more, Ann makes sure of that. One of the most child friendly places you could stay in. As most people do, I search the net to try and find somewhere suitable, and when I came across Bay View I knew instantly I had found somewhere special. I knew by previous reviews it was highly rated, and it more than lived up to that reputation. Thank you Ann for helping to make our few days so comfortable and enjoyable, wished we could have stayed longer, but look forward to returning, hopefully very soon.

Always a pleasure in welcoming new guests, Looking forward to seeing you both next year. Thank you Ann
