Welcome to 'One York House' our little haven nestled within the heart of beautiful Llandudno at the foot of the Great Orme. Relax and unwind in our stunning, luxury accommodation, which boast every convenience you could wish for in your holiday accommodation. Leave the car behind and take your time to explore the unspoilt Victorian charm of this North Wales gem.

Although only 1 bedroom the apartment is extremely spacious and is equally suitable for both a couple or a family. The large family sized bedroom sleeps 4, (1 Double Bed and a Day Bed which forms 2 single beds). Alternative sleeping option is the double sofabed in the lounge.

All rooms are stylish and spacious. The apartment has both a fantastic kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment boasts it's own sheltered 'Sun trap' patio outside.

Free wifi. Bed Linen and towels is provided. Free Roadside Parking.

“Amazing stay”

The apartment was absolutely fantastic! Attention to detail was explicit. Location was perfect didn't use the car once. Got on the hop on hop off bus to Conwy castle had a lovely day there. The owners of the apartement were on hand if we needed them...not that we did ..will defo be going back to Llandudno and stay at York house.

This beautiful apartment is so easy to find and in a perfect location only a short walk to the town centre, beach front and west shore The owners provided us with a detailed information sheet about the apartment, how to access and use the appliances / amenities and we were more than happy with the standard and quality of it all. It has modern facilities and is decorated with real pride that makes you f you feel right at home. I am a total clean freak and always worry about cleanliness of places where I stay, I was so happy when I saw how spotlessly clean the whole apartment was. We had a young baby with us and there was more than enough room for us all with no hazards for him running around. We ate out some nights as there are a great selection of bars and restaurants close by and all family friendly and we also ate in the apartment as it has a fully functional kitchen for you to prepare full family meals to eat on the large dining room table and then relax in front of the TV on the very comfy large sofa. This apartment has everything and more that you could want from a holiday apartment and we hope to return again in summer so we can benefit from the outdoor terrace, I bet its a real sun trap!!

This is my second stay at one york house , I first stayed in May of this year. I'd found the accommodation by chance scanning the net . It is a great little apartment , it feels out of the way , but only a brisk 5 min walk and your into the town , and a short walk to the West Shore. The apartment is set out and furnished extremely well . Kitchen is a good size and has everything you need , a lovely large lounge, with plenty of seating for a small family , and the bedroom is very big ! And can't miss out the bathroom , with bath and shower , I love that shower !! No doubt I'll be booking again for next year , it's a great base for the North Wales area .

Enjoying a weeks holiday in this extremely beautiful and very tastefully furnished apartment. It is very spacious and airy, superbly clean and the owner has obviously put a tremendous amount of effort into it as there is everything you could possibly want or need. The photos really don't do it justice. It is in a lovely quiet location yet only minutes walk from the town centre and seafront. There are loads of lovely places to eat and a trip up the Great Orme has to be done, with amazing views. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and we intend to be back as soon as possible!

Easy to book and to find, this apartment has large rooms and comfortable beds. It is cleaned and furnished to hotel standard. The photographs in the advert don't do it justice; it is even nicer than the advert shows. The owner responded quickly to us and gave lots of information. We would stay here again.
