“Hidden Gem”

Reviewed 15 Jun 2019

Fantastic location, definitely off the beaten track but with easy access to Conwy and the A55. Definitely dog friendly with lovely walks on the doorstep. Jacquie is a wonderful host and couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Plenty of wildlife in the surrounding trees and hedges and the 2 pet Tamworth pigs are a delight . The accommodation itself is small but perfectly formed and very comfortable, wanted to take up squatters rights, we will certainly return hopefully sooner rather than later

Owner's reply: Hi So lovely to have nice guests. Glad you had a good time. Welcome back ANYTIME! Thanks for leaving the cottage clean and tidy. Hope to see you again soon. Love Jacquie xx

“Ideal, quiet, picturesque for a break”

Reviewed 14 May 2019

Jacquie was so obliging, a lovely atmosphere created from before we arrived, during and after. The cottage is out of the way,yet ideally suited for walks or visiting north Wales, we were at a wedding at deganwy quay, only 3+miles away, so will definitely return to explore more. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, it is small so storage for our clothes was limited BUT that was not a problem. The views were lovely, and we will next time have breakfast outside. Thanks for a super stay.

Owner's reply: Lovely to meet you Jacquie. Thanks for taking the time to review. Means a lot. Hope to see you again xx

“Perfection ! Our new Happy place”

Reviewed 2 May 2019

As soon as we arrived it felt like home , Jacquie has added such lovely touches to her cottage you just sit looking round all the little details and appreciating the work that has gone into renovating this lovely little hideaway , relaxing, comfortable with everything you could need . the location is perfect for visiting the area we went into conway and looked around the castle , visited the great orme and on our second visit ( there will be many more ) we went to Penrhyn castle a beautiful national trust property. the view from the cottage is lovely and the pigs are fab . Jacquie is the perfect host always on hand but doesnt mither you. After a lovely day exploring we came home to a hot shower and got the fire going , so relaxing sitting in that comfy chair next to a roaring fire with a glass of prosecco . ahhhhhh take me back. Dont do anything differently we love it . Alison & Damian

Owner's reply: Thank you so much. Really good to see you again. Plenty more fabulous places to visit!!! Take care and keep in touch xx

“Beautiful and tranquil”

Reviewed 17 Sep 2018

The location of the cottage is fantastic, such peaceful surroundings but very close to Llandudno and Conwy. Jacquie was a fabulous host and made us feel very welcome. I would implore anyone who wishes for a few days of serenity to visit, I will definitely be booking again in the future. Many thanks.

Owner's reply: Thanks Julie Would love to see you again. Best of luck in your new role. I will be thinking of you. Take care Jacquie x
