Escape from the 'rat race' and stresses of modern life by relaxing in your own hot tub enjoying the views and the wealth of wildlife.

The Lodge is fully equipped with everything to make your stay perfect whether you want to explore the surrounding area and many tourist attractions or just sit and relax. It is perfectly located for anyone who enjoys the outdoors with fishing, hiking and cycling all either from the door or nearby. The raised private patio overlooks a wetland area and is ideal for birdwatchers with Red Kites, Woodpeckers, Heron, Siskins, Redstarts, Cuckoo, Nuthatches, Tree creepers all only feet away from you. The peace and quiet of this rural idyll complements a relaxing holiday.

Located 3 miles from the market town of Llandeilo, home to boutique shops, tea rooms, ice-cream parlour and music, food and art festivals throughout the year. This little discovered area on the western fringes of the Brecon Beacons National Park is a hidden gem providing something for everyone. The nearby National Trust properties and Aberglasney Gardens are national treasures, whilst the South Wales coastline (only a short drive away) offers miles of sandy secluded beaches and stunning coastal paths to explore.

The cottage has been recently renovated with couples in mind, the modern bathroom features a double shower and the living area provides a cosy place to snuggle up. The hot tub is great for either wiling away the hours or to relieve your aching muscles after a long hike or cycle ride in the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The Lodge is one of 5 cottages available at Maesydderwen Holiday Cottages and can be booked with our other cottages for larger parties.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
