Description

Set in an elevated position Le Morne is a recently built large 5 bedroom detached family home with 2 balconies and commands panoramic views over the North Wales coastline, Set in the village of Llanddulas between Abergele and Colwyn Bay with a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and local pubs. Easy access to the A55 with Chester 30mins to the east and Snowdonia and Anglesey 30mins to the west.

Entry to Le Morne is through solid oak double doors which will lead you to the main hallway "The hub of the house" with an oak staircase that guide you to the galleried landing with access to every room.

Lounge

Ten seater corner suite with swivel chair and foot rest, sea and mountain views to the front elevation. 60" TV with sky movies(HD) on demand ect, inset plasma fire and coffee table.

Games Room

Pool table, variety of board games, desk chair and iPod docking station (portable).

Kitchen/Dining Room/Day Room.

This open plan "Great Room" has a fully equipped state of the art kitchen with built in Neff appliances which include a coffee machine, double oven, microwave, full height fridge, 2 freezers, dishwasher and ceramic hob. A large island with 4 bar stools separates the kitchen with a large dinning table which seats 10 comfortably. The seating area in the day room has a sofa and two chairs, coffee table and a 42"TV with sky movies(HD)on demand ect.

Main Balcony

Leading from the "Great Room" through the bifold doors is the main balcony with built in outside seating area for 10 plus. In addition there's a large table and parasol with subtle planting and colour changing inset mood lighting. This exceptional balcony has panoramic views over the North Wales coastline to the front and to the rear access to the woods and walking paths with calming bird song in the morning and early evening.

Llanddulas

Llanddulas has 1 local pub the valentine very friendly and homely with log fire ect, local newsagents,fish and chip shop, 24 hr fuel station and grocery store, New Indian Restaurant with english dishes, Tides beach bar and restaurant, route 5 national cycle path are all a short walk from Le Morne.

Golf Course

Abergele market town and renowned Abergele 18 hole golf course is 5 mins away by car.

Colwyn Bay

To the west is Colwyn Bay with its new watersports centre with restaurant and six million regenerated beach project which completed in 2013. Eirias parc has leisure facilities including swimming pool, bike track leisure centre all 5 mins by car

Llandudno

Llandudno is the largest town in the area with its famous Victorian promenade, pier with amusements, beach and access to the great and little ormes, ski slope, cable cars that affords you the best views in North Wales. The Victorian built town has many shopping centres and department stores and caters for the discerning visitor all 15 mins by car

Snowdonia

Snowdonia National Park speaks for itself with its amazing walks and scenery, Snowdon mountain railway and the newly opened zipworld, surf snowdonia and bounce below, bodnant gardens, all around 25 mins by car.

“Great house, great stay!”

We recently stayed at this house for 3 nights, it was very spacious and well equipped allowing 3 families (6 adults, 3 toddlers and 2 babies) to have a great time. The house is situated in a great location in close proximity to a number of North Wales attractions. Marc was very welcoming and informative during the booking process and handover. Would highly recommend!!

“Fabulous house”

Stayed here as a group of 10 adults and 1 baby. The house is stunning, really well maintained and beautiful inside and out. There was plenty of room and we never felt on top of eachother and there was more than enough space to sit/eat and relax as a group. Situated in a great place to be able to walk to local pub/ chippy or venture out to colwyn bay, conwy or Llandudno a bit further out. Few minor tweaks I would make and when I say minor they are super minor... As a group we found there to always be just enough cutlery- for example if someone had used a knife for whatever it left us short for a meal - I know the obvious thing to do is to wash up and we did but I think a few more sets of cutlery would be great just to save people from having to wash up straight away. The knives provided weren't very sharp for cutting meat etc - these could do with being replaced. Again a really minor thing- it didn't stop us from using them but it would make life easier. We obviously knew when booking check in and out times and owners were kind enough to let us in at 3 at out at 1030 but I think checking in at 4 and out at 10 means a lot of the two days are spent waiting around or leaving early. Perhaps a 2pm check in and a 10am check out people would prefer- but I understand the house is big and needs to be cleaned properly before the next guests arrive. We would all definitely stop here again and will hopefully be back in the not too distant future.

We visited in August with 7 children and 8 adults, the house was everything we needed! The location was perfect, a few minutes drive to Colwyn Bay which has a beautiful beach and a little further to Llandudno. There’s a few local pubs in the village which we vistited, everyone was really friendly with a brilliant atmosphere! The house is so spacious especially the kitchen area, there was easily enough room for us all to sit together. The terrace and balcony are lovely. Having two high chairs and two travel cots available was really convenient. The children loved the jacuzzi bath, as did we! There isn’t anything we could fault. Overall it was a perfect stay, a stunning house in an excellent location.

This was a wonderful place to spend a family weekend celebrating our dad's 70th birthday. The house is ideally located with many places nearby to visit, in fact, too many for a weekend. The accommodation itself is beautiful and very impressive. There is plenty of space for everyone, even when there are 10 of you. The views are stunning and all the family enjoyed looking out on the balcony and appreciating the sights. The owners are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We had a tour of the house when we arrived and were shown how everything operated and where we could find everything. A particularly nice touch was the bottle of Champagne and carton of orange juice left for us on the table, which was also beautifully presented. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would look to stay there again ourselves in the future. Thank you Marc and Dena.

What a property!!!! This place has so much space that even four couples still had plenty of room and never felt like we were tripping over each other. It has a great kitchen that became the heart of the home whilst we were there. The close proximity to the A55 meant we were never too far away from where we wanted to go for the day. I would 100% visit again.

The correspondence was replied to quickly. The house is beautiful, all mod cons, clean, comfortable and great views. The photos don't do the house justice. We were a family of 10 , the house is so spacious we never felt crowded. Marc was really friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be returning.

We had an amazing holiday in August with family. Marc was there to welcome us with the added touch of a bottle of champagne. The pictures do not do this house justice was the perfect place to stay with great access to local attractions. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

We have just spent a fabulous weekend here in Llanddulas. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable. Furnished and equipped to a high standard - impressive coffee machine! The best way to enjoy the coffee is to stand on the balcony taking in the stunning sea views. Perhaps the only thing you could wish for was to make it your permanent residence!
