This spacious self catering cottage offers a welcoming retreat along with excellent sea and mountain views. 2.5 miles up the coast from Barmouth, it provides the ideal setting for anyone looking for a private, relaxing holiday in a calming, friendly environment. Take in the Welsh countryside air whilst strolling along to the beach or along the Wales Coastal Path and enjoy the quirky shops, restaurants and ice cream parlour at the seaside town of Barmouth.
Conservatory / Dining Area - As you enter the cottage this lovely airy and light conservatory / dining area welcomes you with it's views to the sea and across farm land to the hills. Plenty of comfortable seating for you to relax and put your feet up.
Lounge - Beautiful lounge with double aspect windows. Sink into the sofas whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the sea.
Kitchen - Fully equipped country style kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Separate utility room to the rear of the cottage with some storage space, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1- Comfortable double bed and matching wood bedroom furniture. The sea views from this bedroom will take your breath away as you go to sleep watching the stunning sunset or wake up with the dawn sun shimmering in through the window.
Bedroom 2 – Another comfortable double bed and a large fitted wardrobe. Again this bedroom is blessed with amazing sea views.
Bedroom 3 - Comfortable single bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe and coordinating bedroom furniture and lovely views of the Welsh countryside and hills.
Bathroom - Fully tiled bathroom compromising of a bath, separate shower unit, washbasin and WC.

This welcoming, coastal cottage adjoins open farmland with views to the hills at the rear and splendid views over Cardigan Bay and the Llyn Peninsula to the front.
The nearest village shop is just 1.5 miles away whilst you will find a range of shops and a supermarket 2.5 miles away in Barmouth. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, including Tony's Italian Restaurant & Take Away at Talybont (1.5 miles), Ael y Bryn at Dyffryn Ardudwy (3 miles) and George III at Penmaenpool (10 miles). Not to forget The Wayside on your doorstep and a wide variety of restaurants at Barmouth.
If you feel a little thirsty after a long day of walking the coastal path or cycling the Mawddach Trail, Ysgethin Inn at Talybont (1.5 miles) and Victoria Inn at Llanbedr (6 miles) are both recommended.
Amongst the popular attractions in the area, Barmouth itself has a wonderful, Blue Flag Beach with spectacular views of the mountains and lovely walks along the Mawddach Estuary. Portmeirion's Italian Village and Porthmadog with its Welsh Highland Railway are both well worth a visit. Add to that the World Heritage Site of Harlech Castle which overlooks one of the best golf courses in the world and the world renowned mountain biking centre at Coed y Brenin near Dolgellau and there is something for everyone, all within a 20 mile radius.
Th cottage is also located within the Snowdonia National Park - a paradise for walkers and climbers. It offers something to suit all tastes, be it sporting activities or simply enjoying a relaxing holiday exploring the sandy beaches or taking a leisurely drive to soak up the breathtaking views of the Snowdonia countryside.

Harlech Beach – sandy beach. 8 miles
Wales Coast Path – can be joined from the doorstep. Go right towards Bennar Beach and the north; left towards Barmouth Beach and the south. 0.2 miles
Panorama Walk – Barmouth - suitable for all ages. 2.5 miles from cottage.
The Mawddach Trail – Barmouth - suitable for all ages – walkers, cyclists and wheelchair users. 2.5 miles
Y Llethr and Diffwys summits – Dyffryn Ardudwy – moderate / hard walk. 3 miles from cottage.
Cadair Idris (Snowdonia mountain) – 3 main routes, the nearest being Dolgellau (12 miles).
