Baita Heidi is located in Trepalle a fraction of Livigno. It consists of: two bedrooms (2 + 2 beds) one double and one with bunk beds, kitchen, bathroom. Private parking spaces. The cabin apartment is complete with every comfort: independent heating, washing machine, microwave oven, traditional oven, color TV with digital terrestrial TV, bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. The hut is located about 2.5 km away. from the ski lifts (Mottolino) and from the center of Trepalle where there are the main grocery stores, cooperatives, butchers, bars, pizzerias, perfumeries, tobacconists and petrol stations. Just 10/15 minutes by car, you can get to Livigno where it is also convenient to buy electronics, watches, sunglasses, perfumes and creams, tobacco, spirits and clothing. In the complex of Baita Heidi you will find a parking space for you, common green spaces, digital terrestrial TV, washing machine, complete set of kitchen materials, bathroom with tub, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. Private garden with solarium. Washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven. Ski storage. Small pets are welcome

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Baita Heidi (the owner) a message.

If Baita Heidi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
