The apartment has been lovingly styled and is a perfect city centre retreat exclusively for couples and young families.

The price quoted for 3 guests is for 2 adults and a child.

There is a surcharge of £75 per night for a 3 adult stay.

Included is a welcome gift of fresh orange juice, croissants, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter and a bottle of Prosecco nicely chilling in the fridge. All the basic cleaning essentials - dishwasher tablets etc- are in the apartment.

The apartment, which forms part of a converted Docklands Grade II listed warehouse, is sited on the northern end of the famous Liverpool waterfront which has been designated UNESCO World Heritage Status.The apartment is on the 2nd Floor, at the rear of the warehouse, and overlooks the old Waterloo Dock and the River Mersey beyond.

The apartment is an approximate 15 minute walk to the city centre.

Access to the second floor is by lift or stairs.

The apartment offers the following:-

Large Lounge/Dining area with a Juliet balcony overlooking the Waterloo Dock and River Mersey. The sun is over the rear elevation in the afternoon so it is very pleasant relaxing, looking over the Mersey and listening to the wild geese. It is difficult to believe that you are only 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Fully fitted Kitchen with ceramic hob/electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine.

Large double bedroom with Kingsize bed and good quality Kaymed mattress. The bed has feather and down duvet and pillows.The bedroom has retained the original brickwork vaulted ceiling.

There is a spare "foldaway" single bed (Jaybe Inspire) for a child available, if required.

A cot is available on request.

Bathroom with walk-in shower has Italian marble tiled walls and porcelain tiled floor. It has a heated towel rail and plenty of good quality fluffy towels together with a selection of toiletries.

Electric central heating, cast iron electric stove.

Liverpool is internationally famous for being the birthplace of the Beatles but the city offers visitors so much more. Liverpool is full of theatres, museums, restaurants and shopping centres. This historic city, which overlooks the great River Mersey, is a fantastic destination for a weekend break or extended holiday.

Liverpool has something for all tastes. For art lovers there are brilliant galleries including the Tate Liverpool which is a 10 minute stroll from the apartment along the waterfront. The city is also well served with museums, including the Liverpool World Museum and the Beatles Story museum. The city has long been one of the UK's leading cultural centres - an achievement which was formally recognised when the city was awarded the title of European Capital of Culture in 2008. The city centre is a 20 minute stroll from the apartment. Here you will find the fantastic Liverpool One retail complex and the world famous Matthew Street and Cavern Club. Anyone interested in architecture will also head straight to the Albert Dock and Pier Head Waterfront, which were granted UNESCO World Heritage Site status in 2004.

Sports fans have two major English Premier League football teams in the city with Liverpool FC and Everton FC, not to mention Aintree Racecourse - the home of the Grand National. The racecourse is half an hour on the train from Moorfields station which is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

A 10 minute drive will take you to Crosby beach where you can enjoy the famous Antony Gormley sculpture - "Another Place"

Liverpool is also a gateway to to other interesting areas in the northwest - the Roman City of Chester (40 minutes by train), Southport (45 minutes by train) and North Wales.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 9.3 miles away and is approximately half an hour by car.

Manchester Airport is 37 miles away.
