A 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with uninterrupted views of Liverpool and the River Mersey. Set in a quiet residential development with free parking for you and 1 visitor, lovely communal gardens and a basic gym and ping pong table.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2014 to a very high standard and in 2015 all of the windows have been replaced with UPVC double glazing and the addition of sliding doors to your own private deck.

You will have access to a beautiful cream gloss kitchen with a breakfast bar, integrated Bosch appliances, microwave, coffee machine, blender and everything else you'd expect to find at home. Ideally located for Liverpool City centre, Chester and The Wirral. You can be in Liverpool in 15 mins door to door!

The apartment is suitable for a max of 4 adults but please note it's not suitable for those looking to party as it's a quiet development. No smoking or pets within the property.

The apartment is based on the Wirral. However it's close proximity to Liverpool makes it ideal place for people wanting to be close and easy access to the city centre as you're only 10 mins away yet stay In a quieter and more relaxed environment. Trains run every 5 minutes to Liverpool until midnight, after which time there's a bus until 6am. Just a 5 min walk to the ferry and Birkenhead Hamilton Square station. One stop and you're in Liverpool James Street, the area for Liverpool One and the famous Albert Docks.

The Wirral is a peninsula in North West England. It is bounded to the west by the River Dee, forming a boundary with Wales, to the east by the River Mersey and to the north by the Irish Sea. Both terms "Wirral" and "the Wirral" are used locally (and interchangeably), although the merits of each form are debated. The roughly rectangular peninsula is about 15 miles (24 km) long and 7 miles (11 km) wide.

“Absolutely brilliant”

Apartment was lovely beautiful view easy access to public transport. Apartment was clean bedding and towels were provided everything you could need in the kitchen was there. Only thing I needed to get was groceries which I ordered from the local Asda store and they delivered. So all in all it was perfect for myself and my son who is autistic who I may add loved the shower

This is a lovely fully refurbed apartment just over the river from Liverpool.The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new cooker and dishwasher, and if you want to, you could cook up a storm here. We wanted to bring the bathroom home with us! There is no bath, but a lovely spacious shower cubicle, that you can actually move around in. Like most people we chose to eat out and there is plenty of choice both locally and in Liverpool. You have no need for a car as the train to Liverpool is a short walk away,(the fare to Lime St is about £3.50 return) the ferry (a tourist must) is also very close by, There is a parking place for one car and visitor parking for another. When ever we want to visit Liverpool again, we know exactly where to stay.
