Description

Paddock House Studio ,Grand Parade ,is situated on the seafront of Littlestone with views of the sea. Near to New Romney, Littlestone Golf Course, Dungeness Bird Reserve, NRHD Minature Railway and Lydd Airport.

This accommodation has be updated in March 2018 with lovely John Lewis bedding and accessories in a costal blue , along with white dinner service. A new electric shower and vanity unit has been upgraded in the en-suite.

The accommodation has it's own private entrance, off road parking and use of the garden. Its attached the owners main residence. In the studio you will find a Double Bed with a small En-Suite Shower Room, there is a sofa and a wall mounted LCD freeview/DVD Television. There is also a small well appointed Kitchen Area which has a full size cooker, microwave.

All bed linen and towels provided.

The accommodation is centrally heated and also has the added bonus of a electric wood effect stove.

There is a no smoking policy in the studio but are permitted in the grounds. No pets. The accommodation is unsuitable for children under 18. Parking is available on the driveway.

Access to WIFI.

CHECK IN. 4pm. CHECK OUT 11.00am. All bed linen and towels supplied.

Getting around

A car is best for seeing the area.

Interaction with guest

Please park on the drive nearest the bins, as two other cars have to be parked on the drive. If your stay is for more than 4 days please do ask for fresh towels just knock on the back door with your dirty ones and they will be exchanged. If we could ask guest to put rubbish out on a daily basis to minimise smells. If you run out of any essential items e.g. toilet paper, kitchen, paper, trash bags, washing up liquid etc please do knock and we will replace them for you. There is storage under the bed for clothes etc. There is a usb charging socket in the property. If you have any problems at all during your stay please do knock and we will assist you. On day of departure please leave the key in the door. CHECKOUT IS 11am

Ideal location, very lovely studio with everything you would need for stay, nice welcome pack when we got there, beach just across road, shop, takeaway and pub all nearby...I will definitely be going back again so comfortable and no disturbances, well done to Darren who owns it!

Booked last minute, very easy to book . This is a really lovely studio for 2 people , very nicely decorated, clean And comfy.it is about 40 yards to the sea , The studio contains everything you need ,and the owner is very good in providing milk coffee biscuits, croissants jam etc a very nice touch. We travelled to various places from littlestone , as far as Canterbury , so a good place to stay for this part of Kent... Would recommend

We love paddock house, it has all you need for a relaxing stay. Near Dungeness, Hyth and beautiful Romney marsh.

A clean and well cared for little base, very central for exploring the marshes. There is a fairly busy road between the holiday home and the sea but not in any way obtrusive, even with the windows open. On a clear day (or night) the coast of France can be seen easily with binoculars from the window. A well stocked Spar is only a couple of minutes walk away. Very quiet at night. Lots of large sandy beaches but not many people. No amusement archades or similar. This is the perfect place for a couple wanting an undisturbed break on the beach or discovering the history and natural environment of Romney Marsh. I recommend a tour of all the marsh churches.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The apartment was just as pictured. Warm, cosy, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The beach is just across the road and a great central location for exploring.

How do damage deposits work?
