“Little Crossways” is a spacious family house with large enclosed gardens situated opposite the famous Littlestone Golf Course Club House and within approx 500 metres of the sandy beaches of the Romney Bay and being approximately 1 mile distant of New Romney with its shops, public houses and supermarket.

'Little Crossways' has a spacious lounge with colour TV, Freeview, DVD player and comfortable seating. Also an living flame gas fire.

There are French doors leading to the garden.

The kitchen offers electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast table and chairs.

The lovely conservatory has a large dining table and chairs, settee and French doors to the garden.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms:

One with a kingsize bed, having en-suite bathroom and WC.

One bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a single bed & a sink.

One twin bedroom with two

The property sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC.

Outside the delightful gardens are mostly lawn with borders around and fruit trees. Keep an eye open and see if you can spot the woodpecker that regularly visits.

There is off road parking for one car. There is on road parking outside the house.

Visitors are welcome seven days a week at Littlestone Warren and to ensure you get a convenient tee time, we offer bookings up to seven days in advance.

You can play in singles, two, three or four balls and the course is suitable for all levels of play.

No handicap certificate is required.

There are changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies in the Clubhouse and there is an excellent all day bar and restaurant too.

Practice facilities are extensive with an eight bay driving range, chipping and putting greens as well as a greenside bunker.

Why not bring the family? We have two tennis courts on site available for hire (£5 per hour)

All bookings for Littlestone Warren are taken at a friendly, well stocked Pro's shop which is situated in the Clubhouse and buggies, trolleys and equipment can be hired from the shop.

They operate a Loyalty Card Scheme which offers 6 rounds of golf for the price of 5.

Junior rates:

£5 Midweek (£8 per day)

£8 at Weekends and Public Holidays (£12 per day)

* The Twilight rate start time will vary by month but will be 5 hours before sunset.

'Little Crossways', St. Andrews Road, Littlestone is about a mile from New Romney. The beach is about 500 yards away with views from Dover to Dungeness with occasional glimpses of the French coast. The beach is ideal for bathing, playing, kite flying, wind surfing, land yachting & beach fishing.

There are local shops and public houses within 1 mile. Sainsbury's supermarket is in New Romney along with a selection of small shops, cafés and antique shops. The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniature railway is about ½ mile away. There are several restaurants nearby. The famous Littlestone Golf Course is directly opposite. Dungeness is well known for sea fishing as well as its lighthouse which can be climbed and there is a RSPB bird reserve and fresh water fishing lakes. In Lydd there is a water sports centre with wind surfing, power boat racing and go carting. Other attractions in the area include Dover Castle, Bodiam Castle, Hever Castle, Sissinghurst, Hastings and Canterbury with its shops & Cathedral.
