Description

Our van is 38x13 and is classed as Platinum grade by Haven. It is on a secluded and tranquil pitch at Littlesea Holiday Park overlooking the Fleet and Chesil Beach with its own tarmac parking space. It has 2 bedrooms with a large pull out double bed integrated into the stand alone settee making it into a 6 berth

The large lounge area has a very comfy 3 seater settee and individual chairs with a glass fronted coal effect electric fire situated on the wall and a 40" LCD TV with inbuilt DVD player and free view. Patio doors lead out to a 6' wide decking area where you can sit and take in the fabulous sunsets whilst partaking of some refreshments.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven and grill and a microwave in its own allocated housing. There is ample storage space in the kitchen units and a large integrated fridge freezer. The dining area is situated within the kitchen area with free standing dining table and chairs to seat 4. There are also 2 fold up stools

The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with drawers and wall cupboards with under unit lighting. The spacious master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe with storage shelves, a large vanity area with mirror and light and ample drawer space plus has the advantage of a 22" tv with DVD player. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite washroom with a shower cubicle, wash basin and w/c.

The luxurious family bathroom has a wash basin with under sink storage, w/c and large shower cubicle. This holiday home also benefits from double glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Outside space includes a tarmacadam parking space, a paved patio and a large grassed area - ideal for the kids to play in sight of the van and the balcony area. To make the most of the sunshine we have provided a wooden picnic table, outside chairs and a portable BBQ frame

The caravan had everything we needed and more loverly location it was clean and tidy not like some caravans we been in where you need to do your own cleaning i would recommend this caravan to anyone who just likes to relax
